In the previous video, we learned how differentiation can help a lawyer's practice stand out in the client’s mind and get noticed. We also learned that you need a differentiation strategy to help you do this. In this lesson, we'll briefly explore three basic practice differentiation strategies and how clients clients hire based on your delivery of each of these three qualities. We’ll focus mainly on business clients, but many of these principles also apply when you’re dealing with individual clients.
